Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days.

There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items. Engraved items and Special order items are Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Note: If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, your shipping fee will not be refunded. Returns are Inspected and Processed within 7 Business Days.
